As chief “problem solver” in our office, Bobbi wears many hats! She consistently helps our customers navigate the claims process and understand their coverages, all the while answering questions and making our office a lot of fun. A native Oklahoman, Bobbi invested her skills and time into schooling and raising three outstanding boys before joining our team. She and her husband, Tony, stay busy with family, church, and social activities around town. If she’s not in the office, she just might be bicycling, paddle boarding, or cheering on the OKC Thunder.

After a long career in healthcare, Laura has translated her excellent patient care into thorough and knowledgeable care of our customers. A native of Mustang and mom to two amazing adult kids, Laura takes customer service to the next level. Nearly always the first one in our office each day, she tackles questions and billing issues with grace and experience. Her competence blends with a great sense of humor; her laugh has been voted an office favorite! When she’s not in the office, Laura might be exercising, reading, watching a rom-com, or plotting her next Colorado get-away with her husband, Tony.

Riley Smith

One of the friendlier guys you’ll ever meet, Riley brings a humble professionalism to our team. He’s a native Okie, having grown up and attended college in his hometown of Bethany. In addition to his ability to take great care of our insurance customers, Riley has crazy computer skills and an artistic bent! Fun fact: He served as “dorm dad” at Southern Nazarene University while earning his master’s degree. Deeply involved in his church and closely connected to his circle of friends, Riley can also tell you where to find the ultimate fried rice in town.

Even after just a few minutes, Ryann has a way of making you feel like you’ve known her your entire life. She is a fun-loving fitness enthusiast who also knows a whole lot about insurance. Ryann laughs easily but also works hard; her good nature and diligence are a perfect pair for taking great care of our customers. When she’s not at work, Ryann is probably working out at the gym or making plans with her family. She’s up for just about any challenge and lights up when you talk about animals...especially cats.

The newest member of our stellar customer service squad, Danielle will win you over immediately with her bubbly personality and gift of gab. The proud mom of four beautiful girls, Danielle is ready to help with payments, policy changes, and more; and she wishes many of our customers a happy birthday. One of Danielle’s special talents is designing custom t-shirts and sweatshirts. When she’s not at her well-adorned desk in our office, Danielle is likely cheering on one of her favorite teams (hello Thunder, Chiefs, or any team a daughter is on:). She and her high school sweetheart-turned-husband, Brandon, are actively involved in their church and daughters’ schools.

Ryleigh Rushing
Ryleigh came to our office as a part-time employee, while attending school . She is currently studying music and hopes to one day share her love of music through some form of missions. As part of her education, Ryleigh has had the opportunity to sing and act in several musicals in Oklahoma City. She is unbelievably friendly and loves to help people. She is perfectly suited in her role of helping on-board all new customers in our office. When not working or studying, Ryleigh can be found serving in her church or hanging out with her great family.

Kristin Willingham
Marketing Coordinator
Kristin joined our team following a long career as a homeschool mom. She is our resident "utility player", helping our office with a variety of projects. Within a normal week, you can find Kristin helping with various administrative activities, visiting referral sources, and trouble shooting areas that can help our office serve our customers better. When not at work, you can find Kristin exercising, walking her three-year old lab named "Boo", and keeping up with her kids. She is a joy to be around and makes our office fun!

Denise Carson

Originally a Michigander, Denise has been an Okie for nearly 25 years. She and her husband, Jack, are the doting grandparents to four active grandkids. A seasoned insurance professional, Denise has a gift of explaining and tailoring coverage to her customers and their specific needs. She also appreciates the opportunity to evaluate policies and offer comparative quotes, all with the highest interests of her customers in mind. When not sharing her expertise at our office, Denise is likely attending a family activity or cheering on a grandchild.

Bryan Gonzalez

A humble hard worker, Bryan earned his associate degree while still in high school. He followed that right up with a marketing degree from Southern Nazarene University. His work ethic, kindness, and sincerity make such a difference to our customers and in our office. When not helping at “the Farm,” Bryan is likely spending quality time with his family, taking care of beloved pets, or playing the piano (or otherwise serving) at his church. Joshua Gray

Josh joined our team as an intern while a business student at Southern Nazarene University. He has since graduated with a business and marketing degree (with the highest praise from the dean of the business school) and earned a position of leadership within our office. Josh’s abilities are wide-ranging, and we’re so excited to have this winner on our team! A former competitive soccer player and all-around great guy, Josh is an avid golfer and weekend runner who frequents Lake Texoma with his family.

Cole Harris

By way of introduction from his uncle, a well-loved State Farm agent in Texas, we welcomed Cole to our team. “Team” is what Cole’s all about – from serving as basketball team manager in college, to cheering on his beloved Steelers/Sooners/Thunder, to supporting our office culture for the benefit of our staff and customers. His creativity and passion to see customers properly insured is evident in Cole’s daily activity. Cole and his wife, Mattie, welcomed their first baby boy in February of 2026. Their little blessing will join a dog-loving family that enjoys fine dining and disc golf.

So kind, calm, and steady, Dyanna is a natural at helping our customers on what many times is a bad day. She joined our team after raising two wonderful kids and enjoying a successful career at a local Christian university. When she’s not attending to customers’ questions or policy improvements, Dyanna is most likely cheering for her favorite basketball teams, hosting family for a meal, or caddying for her husband, Mike.

Caden Carney
Caden has joined us fresh off a stellar run at Oklahoma State University, where he competed as a top prospect in many scholastic competitions (even placing second nationally in one). Born and raised in the OKC/Edmond area, he is excited about starting his own family following his recent marriage in April of 2026. Caden is a weightlifter, weekend soccer player, and wannabe golfer, but he has especially proven himself to be an avid gamer: He has two world records on Mario Kart courses! He has been the proud owner of reptiles, cats, and dogs, but his most enjoyable conversations are with the people he enjoys helping. We’re so glad he’s joined our team.
